Three plans available to order
Essentials Inbound Only
Filter incoming spam and malware before delivery, with replay and temporary queuing for supported messages. Choose this plan when you need incoming-mail protection; sending through the filter and a browser outage inbox require a different plan.
Email Cloud
Filter incoming and outgoing mail, with browser access during an outage. If the primary mail platform is unavailable, users can work through the VIPRE portal. We confirm the available message history and recovery settings with your setup.
Total Email Protection
Gateway protection plus inspection inside Microsoft 365, including internal messages that do not pass through the gateway. It adds detection and response for phishing, business email compromise and targeted attacks. Microsoft 365 administrator authorization and setup are required.

Choose the extras your team needs
Phishing Protection checks supported links when a user clicks. Encryption can protect outgoing messages that match your chosen rules. We confirm compatibility, enable the agreed rules and test them as part of the agreed setup scope.
The calculator shows the extras available online for the same number of users as your plan. If a combination is unavailable online, or you need encryption with an inbound-only plan or extras with Total Email Protection, ask us to quote the combination you need.

Keep your existing mail platform
The gateway filters mail before it reaches Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or your supported mail server. Total Email Protection also connects to Microsoft 365 to inspect mail inside the tenant. We agree routing, user setup, policy and testing responsibilities before cutover; hands-on engineering and custom work are scoped in the order.
For MSPs and resellers: VIPRE supports customer accounts, customer administrators and shared reseller-level policies. Ask about VIPRE reseller access. We confirm the account permissions, available packages and branding options in your reseller quote.
