Before you order
- Priced per user, and the rate drops as seat count rises. Volume breaks apply automatically at each band in the matrix below — you do not need to ask for them.
- Email Cloud includes browser access during an outage. We confirm the available message history and recovery settings before setup. For incoming-mail filtering alone, compare Essentials Inbound Only.
- Setup, when applicable, is charged once rather than per user. The fee for each billing cycle is shown per band below.
- Keep your existing mailboxes. We agree routing, users, connectors, policies and testing responsibilities before cutover. Hands-on engineering and migration are scoped in your written order.
- Choose compatible extras. Use the same user block as the plan. The current selector accepts one extra. For both together, request a written configuration. For encryption on Inbound Only or extras with Total Email Protection, ask us to check the combination and quote only the extra protection you need.

How the VIPRE plans differ
Essentials Inbound Only filters incoming spam and malware, with replay and temporary delivery queuing for supported messages. Only the three plans shown in this matrix are currently available to order online. Email Cloud adds outgoing filtering and browser access during an outage. We confirm the available message history and recovery settings with your setup. Total Email Protection combines gateway filtering with inspection inside Microsoft 365 for phishing, business email compromise, and targeted attacks.
Compatible Phishing Protection checks supported links when clicked. Encryption protects outgoing messages that match enabled rules; those rules must be configured and tested. Choose the same number of users for an extra as for your plan. If the calculator does not offer the combination you need, request a quote and we will check it with you.
