Find the right protection for your team

Business: inbound and outbound filtering, data loss prevention policies, click-time URL checks, attachment reputation checks and a 30-day browser Emergency Inbox.
Business+: adds predictive URL protection and One-Click Message Pull. Message pull requires the supported Microsoft 365 integration.
Advanced: adds full attachment sandboxing and outbound encryption to Business.
Advanced+: combines the Advanced controls with the Plus response controls, warning tags and advanced business email compromise detection. Automatic post-delivery remediation requires the supported Microsoft 365 integration and configuration.
Professional: adds searchable archiving to Advanced. It does not include the Plus response controls or warning tags.
Professional+: combines archiving with the Advanced+ protection and response controls.

Attachment reputation checking is different from opening a file in a sandbox. Business and Business+ include reputation checks; sandboxing starts at Advanced. Warning tags and advanced BEC controls start at Advanced+, not Business+.

What happens during a mail-platform outage?

The included Emergency Inbox gives users browser access to send and read mail while their primary platform is unavailable. Proofpoint also queues incoming mail for delivery when the platform recovers, within its retention limits. The Emergency Inbox and replay store cover mail processed by Proofpoint within its service limits; they do not synchronize every folder in your primary mailbox.

A clear price and a planned cutover

Online prices show how many users the plan covers, its recurring total and one-time setup. If your team is smaller than the next available plan, or you are moving an existing account, ask us for a quote for your actual user count.

Setup depends on your mail platform and deployment method. We agree who will configure domains, users, routing, connectors and policies, then test mail flow before cutover. Hands-on engineering, migration and custom policy work are scoped in the written order.

Monthly or annual billing. A one-time setup per order, lower on annual billing.
Works in front of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or a supported mail server. M365 response features need their specific integration.
