The current online plan choices are Inbound Only, Email Cloud and Total Email Protection. Standalone Essentials and Integrated Email Security are not separate online choices here. Ask us if you need a different package.

Which one fits?

Inbound Only: clean incoming mail at the lowest published entry rate.
Email Cloud: filtering both ways with browser continuity during an outage.
Total Email Protection: gateway plus inspection and response inside Microsoft 365. Confirm any specifically required bundled features before ordering extras.

Choose compatible Phishing Protection and Encryption extras in the configurator. If a combination is unavailable online, or you need a different seat allocation or a package-specific feature confirmation, ask us to quote the combination your team needs.

For MSPs and resellers: VIPRE supports customer accounts, customer administrators and shared reseller-level policies. Ask about VIPRE reseller access. We confirm the account permissions, available packages and branding options in your reseller quote.

Choose how users will access email during an outage

VIPRE browser continuity is a feature of the eligible filtering package. Our own StrataMail Email Continuity provides a separately configured IMAP/SMTP and webmail mailbox. Our StrataMX Backup queues and redelivers accepted mail without a user inbox. These independent services are ordered separately from VIPRE.
