VIPRE Email Cloud Browser Continuity
This is the browser continuity feature within VIPRE Email Cloud. Users can work through the VIPRE portal when the primary mail platform is unavailable.
Our own outage services: StrataMX Backup and StrataMail Email Continuity are developed and operated by us. They are ordered separately from filtering. Your filtering plan's own queue or browser inbox remains part of that plan; it does not automatically include either standalone service.
Browser continuity is included with Email Cloud. Essentials Inbound Only provides replay and spooling, without a browser continuity inbox. Confirm the continuity entitlement and retention of Total Email Protection in your written order.

Work through the VIPRE portal during an outage
With Email Cloud configured in your mail flow, the continuity portal provides browser access to supported stored mail and lets users send messages while the primary platform is unavailable. Incoming messages are held for later delivery subject to the service's retention limits.
Prepare user access before an outage: verify portal credentials, agree how users will reach it, and test the continuity workflow. The store covers mail processed by the service; it should not be described as a complete copy of every mailbox folder.
Replay, spooling and continuity do different jobs
- Replay: redeliver supported messages within the package's replay window.
- Spooling: hold incoming mail temporarily while the destination is unavailable.
- Browser continuity: work in a separate vendor portal during an outage.
We confirm the available message history, replay and delivery-queue limits for your chosen package. Test user access and the recovery process before relying on them during an outage.

VIPRE security pricing shows the selected seat block, billing cycle and applicable one-time setup fee. There is no separate browser-continuity add-on to buy for Email Cloud. Migration, hands-on engineering and a separate StrataMail continuity service are scoped in your written order.
